“If I had to define my art (though it’s a bit much to say ‘to define’), I would say that I see it as being at the border between exploration and play.”

 

“…I am particularly passionate about photography and collage, both analog and digital. I don’t like ‘normal’ images; instead, I prefer to experiment, to try new things, and to play with image, light, and color. When it comes to art, whether it’s photography, collage, or film, I like to do what I feel.

When I create, I don’t do it with a clear intention of conveying a specific message; I do it as a way of introspection, as a communication with myself, not with the outside world. For me, the creative process is, in a way, liberating and meditative.”

 

A film student in Cluj-Napoca, Daria Gizdavu is drawn to new experiences. Therefore, she couldn’t miss the opportunity offered by Concentric. And we are excited to expand our team with her, as we transform the street into an art gallery.
